You'll work closely with our accounting team to manage daily financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the accounting team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a food service or retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
