📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the estate, including crop management, irrigation, and pest control.
• Ensure the health and productivity of our crops by implementing best practices in agriculture.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of estate facilities, including warehouses, offices, and living quarters.
• Manage and supervise a team of skilled farmers and support staff.
• Develop and implement agricultural plans and strategies to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Monitor and report on estate performance, including crop yields, labor productivity, and financial metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the agricultural industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the agricultural industry.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including crop management, irrigation, and pest control.
• Proficient in using agricultural software and tools, such as AgriSoft, FarmLogs, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural regulations and standards.
