📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in shift-based work schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with production equipment and tools, such as CNC machines, assembly lines, and quality control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
