📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement content strategies for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct market research and analyze audience engagement to refine content strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall business objectives.
• Monitor social media analytics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of content campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including building and engaging with our community.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content creation and social media marketing.
• Proven track record of creating engaging and effective social media content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
