📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for preschool children.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school's curriculum, ensuring it meets national early childhood education standards.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the holistic development of each child.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and the school's administrative team.
• Participate in school-wide events, workshops, and professional development activities.
• Use educational software and tools such as Smart Notebook, Kidspiration, and Proloquo2Go to enhance teaching and learning.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool teaching or a related role.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR/First Aid, or a relevant teaching certification.
• Strong knowledge of national early childhood education standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
