📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives,Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn,Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide regular reports to the management team,Engage with our target audience through social media, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted advertising and organic growth strategies,Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2C environment,Proven track record of success in creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and customer acquisition,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar,Creative thinker with a passion for visual and written content creation
