📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.,Assess and monitor patients' health status, and develop and implement individualized care plans.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure the continuous improvement of patient care services.,Perform other duties as assigned by the facility administrator.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.,Certification as a registered nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and/or Indonesian is a plus.
