In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.,Manage the company's payroll and benefits administration.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and staff.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
