📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Lead and motivate the restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.,Maintain a positive and professional image for the restaurant, both internally and externally.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and initiatives as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
