🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including those related to patient safety and healthcare quality.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology, including electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
