📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory, warehousing, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all logistics activities are carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on logistics performance and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
