Cafe Indra Medical Center is looking for a Lead Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our cafe and ensuring the financial health of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process for employees.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants.,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Provide training and support to junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
