📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Create and manage SEO content calendars and ensure timely publication of high-quality content.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other teams to enhance the overall SEO of our websites.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor junior SEO specialists and other team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in-house team.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and digital trends is a plus.
