📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and develop sales consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and report on sales performance to ensure continuous improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
