📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor patient health status and provide necessary interventions to promote recovery.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Provide guidance and support to junior nurses and healthcare staff.,Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced patient care or related field is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using healthcare management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
