📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and goals.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and goals.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools and software.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Kulon Progo is a plus.
