📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive IT support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Implement and maintain IT solutions to improve client operations and efficiency.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our client base and revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Manage and optimize our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
• Provide training and support to clients on new IT tools and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and business development.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or a related field are a plus.
