Sehati Jaya Tea is looking for an experienced IT Staff to join our team in Kendari. This is an urgent position to support our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and be able to handle various technical issues. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide IT support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT technologies and systems.,Monitor network performance and ensure data security.,Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and systems.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.,Familiarity with network technologies and security protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
