In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel policies and procedures.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.,Maintain the front desk area, including the reception desk and common areas.,Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.,Ensure the security and safety of guests and the hotel premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including remote and on-site duties.
