📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the distribution process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities, including delivery schedules, receipts, and returns.,Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in distribution and logistics.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Customer service and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
