📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of digital cash management solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead the team in managing payment solutions, including online and mobile banking, ensuring secure and efficient transactions.
• Develop and manage transaction banking services, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital banking solutions across the bank.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital banking services.
• Ensure the security and compliance of all digital banking operations, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital banking, payment solutions, or transaction banking, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams of 15-20 professionals.
• Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, including blockchain, AI, and cloud computing.
• Certification in financial services or digital banking is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
