Asia Pharmaceutical is looking for a dedicated Deputy HR Staff to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team and contributing to the overall success of the company. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and benefits information.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry is a plus.
