YIELD Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel purchases.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe and efficient operations.,Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure timely deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
