📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the F&B Manager in planning and executing daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.,Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.,Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to meet quality standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
