📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to the menu.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the required standard and within the required time.,Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.,Keep accurate records of food usage and wastage.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and ordering of food ingredients.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work as part of a team and take on leadership roles when necessary.,Valid food handling certificate.
