📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the billing processes for the Trains Billing Hub, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on billing activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new billing procedures and systems.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and financial operations, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of billing software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
