As an Assistant Operations Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our café, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.,Support the barista team in preparing and serving coffee and beverages.,Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café area.,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Support the management team in inventory management and ordering.,Assist in organizing and coordinating events and workshops held at the café.,Help in maintaining the café's social media presence and marketing efforts.,Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or café industry.,Familiarity with café operations and equipment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.,Enthusiastic and passionate about the café and hospitality industry.
