📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Manage and supervise the operations team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
