📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, including expenses and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of food and service.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets and goals.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
