📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or equivalent.,Certification from a reputable nursing board.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Experience in a similar role in a healthcare facility.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
