Bloom Smart Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to drive sales and market share.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.,Plan and execute promotional activities, including product demonstrations, educational workshops, and trade shows.,Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals and institutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.,Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a sales or marketing role.,Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and marketing software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
