Brexa Indonesia is looking for a Guest Relation Staff Japanese Speaker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. This is a full-time position located in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat. The salary range for this position is Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences,Maintain a clean and welcoming guest area,Assist with event planning and execution,Promote the hotel's services and amenities to guests,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Japanese language (both spoken and written),At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Basic computer skills,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Ability to work as part of a team
