📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the budgeting process, including the development and monitoring of budgets, and ensuring adherence to budgetary targets.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management on financial matters.,Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide reports to the board of directors and senior management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, including ERP systems, accounting software, and financial analysis tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
