📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking meals for campers.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare and maintain inventory of food supplies.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Ensure that meals are prepared and served on time.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
